Read what you like into the title of the game, but that is the title! A friend forwarded this to me and it’s actually pretty good fun.
You control the wind, and use it to lift hailstones back into the sky. The longer you can keep it airborne, the bigger the hailstone gets (much like the real thing, I think). But once you’ve grown your hailstone to gargantuan proportions you get to use it to trash houses, skyscrapers, and so on.
Give it a shot, and enjoy the elemental mayhem :)
