I just released a time tracking app and was looking for people who use time sheet apps to maybe have a look  and see how it compares to the rest.

The name of the app is HoursTracker.   It is fairly focused around the way that you describe your usage pattern.  It leaves out some of the complexity that other apps have.

Have a look at the web site if you are interested, and if it looks like something you would like to try out and maybe post a review, let me know!
