May Roundup

by Chris on June 2, 2008

We’re into June already!? This year’s going too fast. Anyway, here’s what was most popular on Geek-Speak during May:

  1. Is it just me – Thomas noticed that Glasgow NHS’ smoking cessation advert looked very similar to the Twitter bird.
  2. How do fuel cells work? – Chris followed up an earlier post on hydrogen cars with a post looking at how fuel cells actually work.
  3. John’s Author Section – For the second month in a row, John’s author listing is the 3rd most popular “post” on the site.
  4. Remember everything with Evernote – An introduction to the Evernote note-taking and archiving system. Beta invites are still available if anyone wants them!
  5. Keep your calendar in sync with BusySync [Mac] – A nifty sync tool for keeping iCal in sync with Google Calendar.

This month’s top traffic source, with 75% of traffic, was StumbleUpon.

You better leave my author section out of the stats in future! I have it linked in a number of places and also use it for my own reference – although I don’t know if the latter adds to the stats. John.

Oh, and I put the link in Twitter when I add a new post! lol John.

That would explain some of the hits, but it’s actually Stumbleupon that’s sending most traffic to your profile – looks like someone out there likes you :)
