Folks, I need to apologise. I’m determined to build up a good community around this blog, and part of that is responding to comments. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise I had any comments to respond to (I never received the e-mail notifications I thought I would). So today I went through and wrote replies to any of the comments that needed responses.
